Brief Description of the Building Maintenance Toolkit
This Toolkit aims at providing a user-friendly guide to help Owners’ Corporations (OCs) and owners in the planning and management of building maintenance projects. It covers, among others, the step-by-step procedures for selecting consultants and contractors, and for monitoring their work. It also draws readers’ attention to some corrupt practices that may occur in building maintenance projects and recommends preventive measures.
