This sample Code sets out the basic standard of conduct expected of all directors and staff of a private company.

This Guide aims at helping listed companies develop and effectively implement corporate anti-corruption programmes to prevent corruption. There is also a supplementary leaflet to the Guide on the tips for good environmental, social and governance reporting under the anti-corruption aspect, covering the recommended core elements of a corporate anti-corruption programme that listed companies should disclose.

This supplements the “Anti-corruption Programme – A Guide for Listed Companies” and recommends the core elements of a corporate anti-corruption programme for disclosure in listed companies’ environmental, social and governance reports.

This Corruption Prevention Guide aims at providing a comprehensive set of governance and internal control measures which could help small and medium enterprises, large or small, to prevent corruption and fraudulent practices in major business processes.

This Guide aims at enhancing the transparency and providing a basic understanding of the relevant legal provisions and administrative rules and regulations governing the integrity of interaction between public servants and persons having business dealings with them (e.g. offering/acceptance of advantages and entertainment, conflict of interest situations), and providing advice and guidance, as far as possible, to assist such persons in managing their relationship with public servants.

This Quick Starter is a concise version of the Integrity and Corruption Prevention Guide on Managing Relationship with Public Servants (the Guide) to enable users to have a quick grasp of the relevant legal provisions, rules and regulations governing dealings between public servants and other persons; lessons learnt from some past cases of breaches; and the key control measures/best practices recommended in the Guide for adoption by companies.
