Brief Description of the Integrity and Corruption Prevention Guide on Managing Relationship with Public Servants

This Guide aims at enhancing the transparency and providing a basic understanding of the relevant legal provisions and administrative rules and regulations governing the integrity of interaction between public servants and persons having business dealings with them (e.g. offering/acceptance of advantages and entertainment, conflict of interest situations), and providing advice and guidance, as far as possible, to assist such persons in managing their relationship with public servants.
