Enrollment for the Launching Ceremony has started and will end on 10 September 2021. Due to limited places available, each company is expected to have 1 to 2 participants. Successful applicants will be informed of the result about a week before the Launching Ceremony. For enquiry, please contact the Integrity Charter Secretariat at 2826 3180.

The information provided in this form will be used for enrolling the Integrity Charter Launching Ceremony. Under Sections 18, 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right of access to make correction of your personal data provided in this form. Such access to personal data should be addressed to the Integrity Charter Secretariat at 2826 3180. This form will be kept for 3 months after the end of the Launching Ceremony.
