“Integrity Compliance Management System (ICMS)” is the latest corporate corruption prevention system developed by the Corruption Prevention Department of the ICAC.  It aims to enhance the integrity management and corruption prevention capabilities of listed companies, empowering them to navigate the evolving global regulatory landscape while uplifting corporate governance.  The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has included ICMS and its core components in the updated Corporate Governance Guide for Boards and Directors, and encourages listed companies to adopt ICMS.

This diagram presents the framework of ICMS and highlights its five core components.  We will roll out related guidance and tools in 2026 to assist corporations in adopting ICMS.  Stay tuned!
