This Toolkit provides succinct guidance on good practices for general building management activities to assist building owners, Management Committees (MCs) and Owners' Corporation (OCs), particularly those which have not appointed a Manager to manage the buildings on their behalf. It also recommends preventive measures to reduce the opportunities for abuse and corrupt practices.
